A large mixed-use concept study bringing residential and commercial programmes into a shared site strategy.

The Yapracık Mixed-use study developed massing, density, open space and programme relationships through alternative scenarios. Concept design was carried out as an iterative process testing the relationship between different building types, the commercial base and shared spaces. Design lead: Mert Bilgin Irmak.
